Ive been a lazy ass lately. Needless to say, it is very much reflecting in this blog. I've pending things to yap about lately but always, when Im about to start an entry, I just wound up deleting the whole thing!
lots of interruptions lately.At home, work, everywhere and it seems like whenever I start writing, something distracts me and poof! my trail of thought is gone.
Anyhoo, let me just help you ( my imaginary, maybe non existent readers.haha) catch up about whats been happenin lately.
Well last January, I went for a short visit to Pakistan and glad that it went down well. Went on a tour from karachi to Islamabad then Murree to Lahore and back. It was one exhilirating moment from train ride ( 27 hours ) to bus ride ( 4 hrs)and plane ride of (2 hrs). Seeing their places, catching some wind, frostbite, nice food and of course meeting the parents. Well, let's see what happens next =) His turn to meet mine.
Usually, I start off the year with a recollection of the previous years ups and downs. But since Im getting lazy, I'll keep it really short this time.
Year 2008 was a year of changes for me. Good and bad intertwind. Happy to have found a really good job that kept me on my feet. The year just flew me by and surprisingly no whining! haha. Ive gotten to know my beau a lot better and closed the year with a wonderful vacation.
Now it's recession period my friends.People are losing their jobs and even our bank is now up for sale! ( Interested?) Im not sure how the scene will look like a few months from now. Nothing is certain. Its like blindly riding out to sea.
It's getting boring here. Except for the love of my life nothing else is interesting.
But still some good things have happened lately. During vday, my beau and I went for a dinner cruise and last weekend we went for a drive in the nearby emirate for some good bowling session.
Still living and surviving. Waiting for the better days to come.
By the way, I might fly to Greece in Aug. Nothing definite but we'll see what happens to this plan.
